My name is Chloé Maréchal and I am an artist living in Paris, France. I first picked up a brush when I was around 8 years old and never let it down. I've learnt everything from artist Manu Rich.
I work within abstract and realism, and mostly with oil and acrylic painting. My art is mostly focused on people than I love or admire, or moments I shared with them. I always start a painting from a souvenir or a picture I've taken and let it grow through the layers, sometimes leading to what can be called "abstract art".
I constantly falter between thousand ideas and questions, and I'm not trying to make sense of what I do. I think that, unconsciously, this instability defines me and my art.
