My name is Chloé Maréchal and I am an artist living in Paris, France. I first picked up a brush when I was around 8 years old and never let it down. I've learnt everything from artist Manu Rich.
I work within abstract and realism, and mostly with oil and acrylic painting. I'm in love with color. I always start a painting from a souvenir or a picture I've taken and let it grow through the layers, sometimes leading to what we call abstract art, even if for me it still represents the memory under.
I constantly falter between thousand ideas and questions, and I'm not trying to make sense of what I do. I think that, unconsciously, this instability defines me and my art.
